This is an operator role, not a strategy role. You will publish relentlessly, understand each platform at a native level, and serve as the connective tissue between our creative team and our audience.
Brand Manager & Head of Growth
Remote (LatAm / Americas TZ preferred)
$35K–$55K base | $45K–$70K total comp
The Head of Social Media owns Formulation Factory's organic presence across every major platform. Your mandate is volume, consistency, and brand fidelity — shipping platform-optimized content at a pace that keeps us top-of-mind in a category where attention is everything.
You will work directly with the Creative Strategist and content writers to turn briefs into published content. You will not be handed a fully built machine — you will help build it. The expectation is that you are self-directed, systems-minded, and obsessed with the details of how content performs on each individual platform.
Full ownership of publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and X. You manage the scheduling pipeline in Hootsuite or equivalent, maintain a content calendar 2–3 weeks in advance across all channels, and ensure no platform goes dark. Volume is the baseline — quality and accuracy are non-negotiable on top of it.
Work hand-in-hand with the Creative Strategist and content writers to brief, review, and publish value-add content — educational, authority-building, and community-driven. You are the final step before content goes live: formatting, captioning, native optimization, and scheduling. You are also responsible for sourcing and repurposing UGC, athlete content, and creator output.
What works on TikTok is not what works on Pinterest. What performs on Instagram Reels does not translate directly to YouTube Shorts. You understand these distinctions at a granular level — hook structure, caption length, hashtag behavior, posting cadence, trending formats — and you adapt content accordingly without being told to.
Manage comments and DMs across all platforms. Build genuine relationships with the audience, respond with the brand's voice, and flag high-value community members and organic advocates to the Brand Manager. You are the first to know when audience sentiment shifts and the first to report it.
Deliver a weekly social performance snapshot covering follower growth, reach, engagement rate, and top and bottom performing posts by platform. Maintain a living content performance log that captures which angles, hooks, and formats drive measurable outcomes. Use this data to inform the content calendar going forward.
Every piece of content that goes out carries the Formulation Factory name. We are a brand built on transparency, scientific accuracy, and earned trust. You must be fluent enough in health, supplementation, and fitness to catch errors before they publish — and rigorous enough to never let marketing language override factual truth.
