If you're in it just for the paycheck, don't apply. If you're in it to be remembered, to be proud of what you built, to be known for something that mattered - let's ride.
View Open RolesMental health in America is deteriorating. The numbers aren't abstract - they're people. Our families, our friends, ourselves. We believe the supplement industry has a role to play, and most of it is failing that responsibility.
Our founder knows this firsthand. At 17, Kyle drove an ATV off a cliff at 65 mph. Three brain bleeds. Nine days in the hospital. Years of therapy. But the physical injuries were only half of it. The mental health fallout was worse. Depression. Isolation. No desire to be around people. A version of himself he didn't recognize.
His testosterone came back at sub-200 ng/dL - lower than the average 80-year-old. The healthcare system had nothing for him. No real answers, no real solutions. So he started figuring it out himself - obsessively researching every ingredient, every mechanism, every dosage. Testing everything on his own body for over a decade.
He went from sub-200 to over 800 ng/dL. Without TRT. The depression lifted. The fog cleared. He got his life back - not through the system, but in spite of it.
That's why Formulation Factory exists. Not to sell capsules. To give people the tools to take control of their own biology when the system won't do it for them. Every ingredient published. Every dose transparent. Every batch tested. Because the person on the other end deserves better than what this industry has been giving them.
Proprietary blends that hide the fact that key ingredients are underdosed. Brands that claim "third-party tested" but have never published a single COA. Influencers who promote products they've never taken for a check they'll never disclose. Labels designed to look impressive while delivering almost nothing.
Most supplement companies are marketing operations that happen to sell capsules. The product is an afterthought. The formulation is whatever's cheapest. The consumer is treated like someone who won't read the label.
We think that's ending. Consumers are getting smarter. They're reading labels. They're asking for proof. And the brands that can't provide it are going to disappear. We exist because we believe the supplement industry should be held to the same standard as any other industry that puts something in your body. Full transparency. Published testing. Real doses. Real science.
Formulation Factory launched in April 2024. No VC money. No celebrity endorsements. Just products that work and a refusal to cut corners.
This started with one guy, one traumatic brain injury, and a healthcare system that couldn't help him. It became 15 years of obsessive research. Then baggies on a kitchen counter. Then a real company. Then 12 products. Then $13M+ in revenue. We're not building a DTC brand. We're building a precision health company - backed by science and run by people who refuse to cut corners.
Three pillars define who we are, who we hire, and how we build. They aren't aspirational - they're operational.
We say what needs to be said - to each other, to our partners, and to our customers. No hidden agendas, no softened truths, no gap between who you are publicly and privately. Integrity here isn't a policy, it's a hiring standard.
We know who the best is in every role, every function, and every market we compete in - and we're coming for them. We move fast, execute with urgency, and treat speed as a competitive advantage. Anything short of #1 is unfinished work.
Every formula, every interaction traces back to something bigger than the transaction. We publish every ingredient, every dose, and every test result because the person on the other end deserves to know exactly what they're putting in their body.
This is a company built by people who are obsessed with getting better - at their craft, their thinking, and their output. We learn voraciously. We improve relentlessly. We hold ourselves to a standard most people would find exhausting, and we find it energizing.
The thing Kyle is most proud of isn't the revenue or the product line. It's watching his team grow - people who started with limited experience and became indispensable. Being able to put food on their tables and take care of their families. That's what makes this real.
The hardest part has been the other side of that coin: letting people go when the company pivoted or failed to find its footing. Building a company means making calls that keep you up at night. We don't pretend otherwise.
We're direct with each other because trust is built on honesty, not politeness. And we take care of each other because sustained excellence requires it. If that sounds like your kind of mission, you belong here.
Fully remote. Your day, your schedule.
Performance-based. You grow it, you share in it.
Full access to the entire line.
Small team, big surface area. Your work ships to thousands.
Books, courses, conferences - whatever sharpens your craft.
Take the time you need. We trust you.
We're growing deliberately. Every hire is high-leverage. If you see yourself here, don't wait.

Own the operating system at Formulation Factory - weekly cadence, team accountability, supply chain, HR, finance ops, and process infrastructure - so the business scales from $13M to $20M+ without the Founder being the bottleneck on day-to-day execution.
The company has functional leads across growth and marketing, CX, and creative. What's missing is someone who owns the operating system that ties all of it together - the weekly cadence, KPI accountability, HR, supply chain, finance ops, process documentation, technology stack, and cross-functional coordination that keeps a fast-growing brand from breaking.
This is a senior leadership position for someone who has been the operational backbone of a DTC brand that scaled from $10M to $30M+. You've implemented EOS or a similar operating system, you live in Notion, and you use AI as a daily tool - not a novelty. You build the machine that makes everyone else faster.
You are biased toward speed and decisive action, but you protect the team from chaos with clear priorities and simple systems.
You're a 3+ monitor person. You have Notion, Slack, your P&L, and a supply chain dashboard open simultaneously - not because someone told you to, but because that's how your brain works. You're wired to monitor, catch, and fix before anyone else notices.
This is how we measure success. Not effort, not hours - outcomes with metrics and deadlines.
Once the system is built, these are the numbers you own and review weekly. This is your scoreboard.
Behavioral traits we interview against directly.
This role does not own:
You own the operating infrastructure that all of those functions run on. When Growth wants to scale spend 3x, you're the one who ensures fulfillment, CX, and inventory can handle it without breaking.
Owns: Operating cadence, supply chain, inventory, vendor/3PL relationships, HR (hiring, onboarding, offboarding, payroll oversight), process/SOP documentation, technology stack, team scorecards, financial reporting/forecasting, Notion and Google Drive organization, and cross-functional coordination.
Reports to: Founder & CEO.
Collaborates with: Growth and marketing team on DTC, Amazon, and paid media, eCommerce on storefront and subscription ops, CX on support workflows, and all agency partners.
Bonus: You've built custom GPTs, automation workflows, or internal AI tools that your team actually uses daily.

Own the full performance funnel at Formulation Factory - paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Google, plus CRO strategy for the Shopify storefront - so every ad dollar has a matching, optimized conversion experience on the other end, and DTC scales profitably.
The platforms have automated most of the tactical media buying work. Advantage+, PMax, and Smart+ campaigns handle the bid optimization that used to take 30 hours a week. What hasn't been automated is the thinking - which creative angles to test, which offers to scale, how to match ad messaging to landing page experience, and when to shift budget between channels.
That's why this role exists as a hybrid. You own paid media strategy and execution across all three channels. You also own CRO strategy for the Shopify storefront - deciding which landing pages to build, which A/B tests to run, and how offer architecture impacts conversion. The actual Shopify build work gets executed by an offshore CRO firm that you manage and hold accountable.
The feedback loop between "what ad is winning" and "what landing page should match it" lives in one brain - yours. When a creative angle takes off, you brief the CRO team on the matching LP within hours, not days. When a landing page underperforms, you know whether the problem is the page or the traffic. You think in funnels, not just ad accounts.
This is how we measure success. Not effort, not hours - outcomes with metrics and deadlines.
Once the system is built, these are the numbers you own and review weekly. This is your scoreboard.

This role does not own:
You own every paid dollar and every conversion on DTC. From ad spend allocation to landing page performance. The ad gets them to the site. The page converts them. You own both sides of that equation.
Owns: Paid media strategy and execution (Meta, TikTok, Google), CRO strategy, A/B testing program, landing page briefing and QA, offer and bundle architecture, offshore CRO team management, ad creative briefing and performance analysis, and weekly performance reporting.
Reports to: VP of eCommerce.
Collaborates with: Creative team on ad production and creative testing, Director of Distribution on organic amplification of winning content, operations on fulfillment capacity, and CX on post-purchase experience.
This is a performance marketer who owns the full funnel - from ad spend to conversion. You decide what ads to run and what landing pages to build. You manage the team that builds them. You own the number.
Bonus: You've built the full funnel at a brand - owned paid, owned CRO, managed the execution team - and have the MER and CVR data to prove it worked.

Own Formulation Factory's content distribution infrastructure and social media presence - building a network of accounts, clip channels, and distribution systems that multiply every piece of content we create into maximum impressions - so every video, post, and asset reaches 10x the audience it would on brand accounts alone.
Most supplement brands post content to their own accounts and call it a day. We're building something different. We want a distribution machine - a network of clip channels, repost accounts, fan pages, and syndication systems across every platform that turns one piece of content into dozens of touchpoints.
You understand the world of clipping at a deep level. You know how clip channels on YouTube, TikTok, and X built massive audiences by repurposing creator content. You've seen how livestreamers on Twitch and Kick use clip distribution to grow their reach exponentially. Now you're going to apply that playbook to a brand.
You'll manage the Formulation Factory brand accounts across all platforms while simultaneously building and managing a network of distribution accounts - clip channels, topic-specific pages, niche repost accounts - that extend our reach far beyond what a single brand account can achieve. You'll build the system so others clip and distribute for us at scale.
You'll work closely with the Director of Social Commerce on UGC army efforts, feed heavily into the creative pipeline, and develop detailed, calculated distribution systems - not vibes, not guesswork - real systems with tracking, attribution, and measurable impression multipliers.
This is how we measure success. Not effort, not hours - outcomes with metrics and deadlines.
Once the system is built, these are the numbers you own and review weekly. This is your scoreboard.
Behavioral traits we interview against directly.
This role does not own:
You own distribution and organic social. Every impression we earn organically - on brand accounts and across the distribution network - is yours. You build the system that turns one piece of content into maximum reach.
Owns: All brand social accounts, distribution account network, clip system and operations, multi-account management, content distribution strategy, social publishing and scheduling, organic social performance reporting, and creative pipeline feedback.
Reports to: VP of eCommerce.
Collaborates with: Director of Social Commerce on UGC army and creator content distribution, creative team on content production and pipeline, CX on community escalations, and Founder on brand voice direction.
This is a distribution architect who also runs social - someone who understands that posting content is step one, and getting it in front of 10x the audience through systematic distribution is the actual job.
Bonus: You've built a clip channel or distribution network that grew to significant reach. You have the receipts - impression numbers, account growth, and the system you built to do it.

Own the Formulation Factory brand end to end - brand strategy, visual identity, brand book, creative direction, packaging, and the way the world experiences this company at every touchpoint - so the brand is unmistakable, trusted, and cohesive whether someone sees it on a TikTok ad, a product label, or a landing page.
Formulation Factory has grown to $13M+ in revenue in under two years on the strength of its products and founder story. The brand needs to catch up. We've been building fast, and different touchpoints have evolved in different directions - ads look one way, packaging looks another, organic content has a different feel. That's normal at this stage. Your job is to fix it.
You own the brand book - voice, visual identity, typography, color, photography direction, and content principles. You set the creative direction that the entire team executes against. When the Creative Strategist produces ads, they work from your direction. When the Director of Distribution publishes organic content, it reflects your standards. When the Director of Social Commerce builds TikTok Shop listings, they use your visual system.
You're not a pure strategist who writes brand guidelines and hands them off. You are hands-on - you direct photoshoots, review packaging, approve creative, design brand assets, and ensure every customer-facing output meets the bar. You're the one who catches the off-brand ad before it goes live and the inconsistent packaging before it ships.
You partner closely with the CEO on brand vision and positioning. The CEO sets the mission and the worldview. You translate that into a visual and verbal identity system that every function can execute against without needing the CEO in every review.
This is how we measure success. Not effort, not hours - outcomes with metrics and deadlines.
Once the system is built, these are the numbers you own and review weekly. This is your scoreboard.

This role does not own:
You own the brand. How the world sees, hears, and experiences Formulation Factory. Every visual, every word, every surface. The performance team drives revenue. You ensure the brand they're driving revenue through is one worth building on for the next decade.
Owns: Brand strategy, brand book, creative direction, packaging design direction, brand review and approval of creative output, brand cohesion across all touchpoints, competitive brand intelligence, and new product launch brand coordination.
Reports to: VP of eCommerce.
Collaborates with: CEO on brand vision and positioning, Creative Strategist on ad and organic creative execution, Director of Social Commerce on TikTok Shop and brand-level strategy, Director of Distribution on organic content standards, Director of Performance Marketing on ad creative quality, and operations on packaging production.
This is a brand leader who owns the entire visual and verbal identity of the company - from the TikTok ad to the product label to the landing page hero. You set the standard and hold every touchpoint to it.
Bonus: You've taken a fast-growing DTC brand from "marketing-driven" to "brand-driven" - where the brand became the moat, not just the performance media. You have the before/after to show for it.

Own and operationalize the creative engine at Formulation Factory - ad creative, organic content, brand creative, performance analysis, the tiered creator program, and the creator community - producing and directing the content that drives revenue across every channel with TikTok as the center of gravity.
This role fuses creative leadership with creator marketing in one seat by design. You translate brand strategy into tactical creative direction for the production team and creators. You set the briefs, oversee the output, and own the quality bar.
You are a maker and a strategist. You produce content yourself - you can script, shoot, edit, and ship an ad or organic piece without waiting for a team. But you also direct creators, editors, and production resources, setting weekly briefs that specify SKU, awareness stage, format, hook, and compliance fields. Every piece of content carries the brand voice: direct, confident, no-BS - never aggressive, never shaming.
You build and run the tiered creator program - from customer ambassadors to premium-tier creators on retainer. You own the Discord community, run weekly creator Q&A lives, manage creator onboarding, and drive the creators-recruiting-creators flywheel.
You work at the intersection of performance and brand. You're not a pure brand designer who doesn't care about conversion. You're not a pure performance creative who makes ugly ads that convert. You make content that's on-brand AND performs - and you use AI tools (Arcads, Higgsfield, adcreative.ai, Claude/ChatGPT) as multipliers on real-people-first content, not as the primary production layer.
This is how we measure success. Not effort, not hours - outcomes with metrics and deadlines.
Once the system is built, these are the numbers you own and review weekly. This is your scoreboard.

This role does not own:
You own everything that gets made. Every ad, every organic post, every brand asset, every piece of UGC. You direct the creative, run the creator program day-to-day, and hold the quality bar across every output.
Owns: Tactical creative direction, content production pipeline, weekly briefs, creator program operations (recruitment, onboarding, management, tiered structure), Discord community, asset library, creative performance analysis, and cross-platform content distribution.
Reports to: VP of eCommerce.
Collaborates with: Director of Performance Marketing on ad creative testing, Director of Distribution on organic content and clip-worthy formats, Director of Social Commerce on TikTok Shop creative and creator program economics, and Founder on brand voice direction.
This is a maker-strategist who produces content, directs creators, runs the creator community, analyzes performance, and iterates - all at high velocity. You're the creative engine of the company, not just the creative taste.
Bonus: You've been the creative engine at a scaling brand with a creator program - you made the ads, built the creator community, analyzed the data, and watched the numbers climb. You have the portfolio, the creator roster, and the metrics to prove it.
